Is it really free for personal use?

Absolutely! If it seems like you're using it for a business we might reach out and chat, but otherwise you're good to go!

Does it work on my phone?

Yes! WebIMS is designed to work on any modern device, and with your phone you can even use the camera to scan barcodes in and out instead of having to search for the item, type in the code, or use a standalone scanner (all of which you can still do if you'd like)

Can I bring over an existing spreadsheet?

Sure thing! You'll just need to format columns so WebIMS knows what you mean.

What does alpha testing mean for me?

WebIMS is the successor to IMSv2, a command-line inventory management tool. As we go through the alpha there will likely be refinements to the appearance and the number of products we recognize off-the-bat will grow. We don't expect any data loss though, and take steps to minimize that risk.
